I hate how it used to be. How we loved each other so much… Then it stopped. I got asked today if that would ever come back if there was a chance of “us” again. And to be honest, I don’t have a damn clue if it would. You’re not the person I fell I love with. You’re some joke, who goes to drugs and alcohol for comfort. And can’t realize what the hell you’re doing to yourself and that you’re going to end up like your father. But no, I don’t think I could ever love you again. I don’t want to. You’re nothing now, even though then… You were something. I’m happy, and that’s all I could ever ask for and you can’t do that.
It’s the truth when I say I’m over you. And I’ve left you behind me and that is where you will stay.
